Senator Stevens, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                              
Education Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 90                                                                    
"An Act relating to group insurance coverage and self-insurance                                                                 
coverage for school district employees; and providing for an effective                                                          
date." Without objection, it was so ordered.
